Welcome to the Onstaege Support Center, your one-stop guide to using the platform. Whether you're an event organizer, performer, vendor, or guest, this FAQ page answers the most common questions to help you enjoy a smooth experience.
Account & Access
How do I sign up on Onstaege?
Download the Onstaege app (iOS or Android), tap "Sign Up", enter your details, verify your email or phone number, and set up your profile.
How do I sign in?
Use your registered email/phone and password. You can also enable biometric login (Face ID or fingerprint) for faster access.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Tap "Forgot Password", enter your registered details, and follow the instructions sent to your email or phone to reset it.
Events
How do I create an event?
Go to your dashboard, tap "Create Event", enter event name, location, date, category, and other details. Save and publish your event.
How can I manage my event?
Edit event details, update pricing, add performers, enable features like song requests or shout-outs, and view live engagement analytics directly from your event dashboard.
Can I edit my event after publishing?
Yes. Organizers can make changes before the event starts. Major changes may require re-verification.
Wallet & Transactions
How do I fund my wallet?
Go to Wallet → Fund, choose a payment method (card, transfer, USSD), enter the amount, and confirm. Funds reflect instantly.
How does the Money Gun work?
Load funds from your wallet into the Money Gun to spray or tip performers, guests, or hosts during events. Recipients must claim tips.
How do I withdraw funds?
Go to Wallet → Withdraw, enter amount and bank details, confirm. Withdrawals are processed to Nigerian, Ghanaian, or South African bank accounts.
Are refunds supported?
Yes. Refunds apply to failed or duplicate transactions. Email support@onstaege.com with your transaction ID. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Engagement Features
What is Song Request?
Guests can search and request songs for the DJ during an event. They can also attach tips, which DJs claim upon approval.
What is Shout-out Request?
Guests can request MCs or Hypemen to give personalized shout-outs or hype moments, often with tips attached.
Can virtual attendees participate?
Yes. Online guests can spray digital cash, interact with event participants, and view the event from multiple perspectives.
Profile & Account Settings
How do I update my profile?
Tap Profile, edit your information, upload a profile picture, update contact details, and save.
How do I close my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Close Account. Confirm your action. Note that closing your account permanently deletes your data and wallet balance.
Security & Verification
Why do I need to verify my account?
Verification ensures authenticity for event hosts and prevents fraud. It's required to receive payouts and manage events.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Onstaege uses encryption, secure storage, and NDPR/GDPR-compliant processes to protect your data and funds.
Payments & Limits
- Minimum wallet funding: ₦1,000
- Maximum wallet funding: ₦500,000
- Minimum withdrawal: ₦5,000
- Maximum daily withdrawal: ₦500,000
- Supported withdrawals: Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa
